‘Basic Awareness – Safeguarding Adults’
This is a 3 hour course for anyone who works or volunteers with a service that supports ‘adults at risk’. This training can be delivered at evenings/weekends or during the working week at a venue convenient to you.

Inclusive Volunteering Training
This is an ‘in-house’ training option, designed for those within an organisation who are responsible for the volunteer management function, with a remit to develop the diversity of volunteers that support the work of their organisation.
They will be looking to engage their community more fully in their activities, with a particular focus on 'hard-to-reach groups.
The programme aims to develop the ability and confidence of participants to engage with hard-to-reach volunteers, and to develop participant's knowledge of the specific needs of the various groups

Delivery and duration
Discussions and workshops led by tutors supported by 'expert' guest speakers, incorporating case studies, group and individual exercises.
All courses are 1-day workshops that involve discussion-based activities, tailored to the delegates own situation.
