We also run a drop in session at Shipley Library on the first Tuesday of each month from 2-00 – 4.00pm.

Organised by the Mental Health Foundation, the theme this year is “surviving to thriving”. More people than ever are experiencing issues with their mental health as they try to keep on top of the pressures of every day life. But life should be about more than just surviving. It should be about thriving. The Foundation wants to raise awareness of what steps we need to take as individuals and as an nation to build a mentally healthy country. If you want to do something to support people with mental health issues, perhaps you could try volunteering by contacting one of the charities below.
